The WW1 Bi-plane keyring is made from 100% lead-free pewter, attached to a high quality clip keychain. This highly detailed pendant has been modelled on the iconic Biplane, most commonly used throughout the first world war.
This craft was known as a “Biplane” due to the wing arrangement whereby one wing set is stacked above the other. A design that became obsolete in the early 1930s. Regardless, the Biplane is notable in history due to the Wright Flyer, history’s first successful, powered aeroplane.
